I guess I can admit that I am one of the lucky people when it comes to my experience with CrossFit. I get to instruct such a wide variety of athletes (which I may have mentioned come from all different walks of life) and there are many common qualities that I see, but one which warrants special attention.
Firmness of purpose; resoluteness.
As we look to finish the CrossFit Games Opens, of which there are only two more workouts, we must finish strong and with purpose. Our hands may be beaten, but our spirits are not. We have seen great accomplishments so far, with personal records on Snatches to people accomplishing movements for the first time that they have never done before.
We cannot foresee what is to come, we can only prepare through practice and maintain a steadfast purpose of finishing what we started. In some cases it can just be a workout, in others, the competition that you may have just started.

I am 100% sure, this CrossFit Games season will bring us many new, inspiring stories of one last rep and one last second where something truly amazing occurred and was captured perfectly.
Looking to get that one last rep.
